Registration

Registration fees, listed in USD ($), will cover meeting registration, coffee/tea breaks, a light lunch each day, an opening reception, conference souvenirs, and copies of the program and abstracts. Registration will also include a year of free e-membership to the MRS (including online access to the MRS Bulletin) for African participants. Student rates will require proof of student status; government or NGO employees will be charged the academic rate.

Registration Procedure

Online registration for the conference and hotel should be filled out as soon as possible to help us with conference planning and to confirm hotel space. The online registration page will close November 20.
A special scholarship for local students will be made available. Please contact us directly using the amrsghana@gmail.com email address for further information about that.

Tour (Immediately following the conference, we will offer a tour of the Gold Coast, including visits to the Cape Coast Slave Castle, and the Kakum National Canopy walk). The tour fee will include bus, tour guide, entrance fees, light snacks and drinks.
