Lodging: The Elephant Hills Hotel is the primary hotel for conference participants. The online odging request website is now closed. Please email directly to the hotel to tell them you are coming and to advise them of your arrival and departure dates: functions@ehr.africansun.co.zw (and make sure you request the Africa MRS room rate). Based on current bookings, there should be many rooms available for those that have not booked in advance. We have arranged for special Africa-MRS conference pricing ($100/night for a single room and $120/night for two people in a double).
Meals: Breakfast is included with the hotel registration, and a light lunch is included in the conference registration fee. A quality buffet dinner is offered by the Elephant Hills Hotel. You may wish to explore other Victoria Falls dining options one evening; and remember that we will host a banquet on Wednesday evening.
There are a range of other nearby hotels that Conferance attendees are welcome to use. Victoria Falls is a small town and most other hotels are within 3-4 km of the Elephant Hills Resort.
Symposia will be held in conference rooms at the Elephant Hills Resort.
