Full manuscripts of papers for publication in the Conference Proceedings should be submitted prior to or at the opening day of the conference December 11, 2011. Papers will be reviewed at the conference, and publication will be prepared shortly thereafter.
Conference: The conference will officially begin Sunday evening, December 11. There will be on-site registration for those that have not paid in advance. We will have staff in Victoria Falls from December 9th through December 18th.
